I weigh the most I’ve ever weighed. I’m not blaming it on the holidays. This is pure laziness and gluttony. I’m starting the gym with my mom, I have a meal planned out for today, and I’m bringing my lunch to school.

Getting real serious with this…. only 8 months til summer and 10 months until I graduate. It’s crunch time… literally. ;)
Two days ago, I was 203.4. Today I’m 199.4. That’s a loss of four pounds. I realize it’s probably all water weight, whatever, blah blah blah. But it’s still a loss and that’s what I really need to see right now.
I think I’ve figured out what I wanna do. I wanna eat low carb for the majority of my weight loss, and then when I’m pretty much at my goal weight or even a bit lower, I’ll slowly increase my carb intake and begin lifting heavy again.
I know some people do both at once. But personally, I don’t want to. For now, I’m gonna focus on eating low carb and clean, and incorporate activity into my daily life by walking my dog daily (he’s tryna lose some weight too haha) and doing pilates supplemented with the occasional Insanity or Jillian Michaels video (probably once or twice a week). My mom also signed us up for a yoga membership which I start Saturday morning!
Everyone loses weight different. Everyone goes about being healthy differently. This will be mine.
But I know I’m gonna start bloating soon because my period’s on its way so I’m gonna stay away from the scale until next Sunday…
Probably retaining water. Still sucks… maybe I should make another goal weight. At like 196. Because 190 feels forever away….
Accidentally had pizza for breakfast but the rest of my day should be good. Just gotta fill up on water. My goal is 5 liters!
